Discover Technology (formerly The North Idaho Discovery Association) is a non-profit organization founded by Dr. Lorna Finman and Dr. Paul Finman in 2007 to foster learning and innovation in science and technology through hands-on experience and mentor based programs. Discover Technology strives to inspire youth to explore various pathways into science, math and technology.
Discover Technology has awarded more than $500,000 in grants and scholarships, allowing thousands of students from elementary through high school to compete in robotics at a globally competitive level. Discover Technology also funds summer camps and Real Industry challenges.

STAR Discovery Bus Debuts July 12, 2011
Dr. Paul and Dr. Lorna Finman are joined by Post Falls Chamber board members and Rathdrum Mayor Vic Holmes for the ribbon-cutting.
The STAR Discovery Bus Tour was launched in Post Falls, Idaho,
at the Prairie View Elementary School.
